Illinois State fans wanting to personally witness the 2009 State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament Championship game between the Redbirds and Northern Iowa, can do so as part of a bus and ticket package offered by the ISU Athletics Department. The championship game tips off at 1:05 p.m.
Interested patrons should call the Redbird Arena Ticket Office at (309) 438-8000, to make reservations, or order online at GoRedbirds.com. The office and GoRedbirds.com will be available to take ticket orders Saturday night (tonight), beginning at 7 p.m., and reservations will be taken for two hours, until 9 p.m. Tickets for the event are $55 per person and $50 for ISU students with a valid student ID. All reservations must be paid for in advance by credit card, while both the bus trip and game ticket are included in the package.
Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis and a full bus is required to ensure the trip. The bus will depart Sunday morning at 9 a.m. from the East Stadium Lot near the Kaufman Football Building, on the west side of Main Street.
Fans will be dropped off at the Scottrade Center prior to the championship game and will have an opportunity to eat and pick-up their tickets prior to the start of the game.
