Want to know what your favorite Illinois State student-athletes are really thinking, both on-and-off the court? How about what is their favorite thing to do in their spare time, or who is their funniest teammate or what is on their mind as they go through a practice or game? Well, look no further, as GoRedbirds.com and Redbird All-Access have you covered with a new video feature series that will give Redbird student-athletes a chance to talk and speak their minds on a weekly basis.
Up this week is senior Daniel Tobar of the Illinois State men's tennis team.
Tobar appreciates the various backgrounds of his Redbird teammates at Illinois State, but he also reflected on the trails of being an international student-athlete and having to compete and go to school in a foreign country.
In this week's student-athlete video feature, Tobar covers some of his favorite things and also offers some unusual insights into his superstitions.
