NORMAL, Ill. -
Seniors Timon Reichelt, Filip Miljevic and Matej Zlatkovic, and sophomore Alexander Pelaez will compete in the ITA All-American Championships, beginning Saturday at the Case Tennis Center in Tulsa, Okla.
The tournament features the best players in the country, and consists of six pre-qualifying rounds before the main draw in both singles and doubles.
Head coach Cris James is looking forward to seeing his team compete against the nation's best.
"Our goal every fall is to work on things in our games that need to be improved," James said. "This tournament gives us a chance to compete against some of the best players in the nation, and we need to be ready to take advantage of this opportunity. I'm excited to see how we're going to compete."
All four Redbirds will be competing in both singles and doubles. This marks the fourth year in a row that the University of Tulsa is hosting the championships.
