NORMAL, Ill. – This week’s schedule for Redbird All-Access and Birdcast, Illinois State Athletics' internet multimedia platforms, will feature exclusive coverage of Redbird football, volleyball, cross country, and men's tennis.
Redbird multimedia coverage for the week kicks off Monday, with the Redbird Rewind Birdcast, a recap of the previous week in Redbird Athletics and previews for the week to come. WJBC's Redbird football game highlights will also be available for on-demand listening.
Redbird All-Access coverage for the week is solely of Redbird football's weekly press conference. Log on to watch head coach Brock Spack and two select Redbird players, as they discuss the upcoming game against the in-state conference competitor, Western Illinois. Live footage begins at 12 p.m. On-demand Birdcast audio will be available after the press conference.
Wednesday afternoon Birdcast returns with, The Drew Roff Show available for on-demand listening. Thursday afternoon, Birdcast sits down with head men's tennis coach Cris James to discuss how the ITA Midwest Regional tournament went. The Melissa Myers Show will also be made available for listening Thursday.
Birdcast continues interviews for the week with Jeff Bovee, head cross country coach, to discuss the upcoming Valley championships this weekend. The post-match interview with Melissa Myers will also be obtainable for on-demand listening Friday evening after the 'Birds compete against the Drake Bulldogs.
Since both Redbird volleyball and football are on the road Saturday, Birdcast will be featuring post game interviews. On-demand listening will be obtainable once the games have commenced.
