NORMAL, Ill. – This week’s schedule for Redbird All-Access and Birdcast, Illinois State Athletics' internet multimedia platforms, will feature exclusive coverage of Redbird men's and women's basketball.
Redbird All-Access coverage for the week kicks off Monday, with the Redbird men's basketball press conference at 1 p.m., to discuss the upcoming start of conference play. After the men's team, Redbird women's basketball holds its press conference to discuss its upcoming games as well. The women's press conference begins roughly at 1:30 p.m.
The full week of basketball games begins Tuesday evening, with Redbird women's hoops competing in its last non-conference game of the season. The 'Birds look for a win against Milwaukee on Doug Collins Court at 7:05 p.m. Directly following the game, the post-game press conference will take place with head coach Stephanie Glance, and highlight Redbird players. On-demand Birdcast audio will be available after the press conferences as well.
Wednesday night marks the start of conference play for the Illinois State men's basketball team. The Redbirds match up against the Creighton Bluejays at 7:05 p.m. Immediately following the end of the game, the post-game press conference will be held in the Redbird Arena Press Room, featuring head coach Tim Jankovich and two standout Redbird players from the game. On-demand Birdcast audio will be available after the press conference commences.
Redbird women's hoops returns to the hardwood Thursday night to begin conference play. The 'Birds compete against in-state rival Bradley on Doug Collins Court at 7:05 p.m. Watch live comments about the game during the post-game press conference, held directly after the game commences. Head coach Glance and two select Redbird players will be discussing the game's outcome.
All-Access coverage comes to an end Saturday afternoon with Illinois State's women's basketball team matching up against Northern Iowa, who is currently seated fourth in the Missouri Valley conference. Live coverage from Redbird Arena begins promptly at 2:05 p.m. Directly following the game, the post-game press conference will take place with head coach Stephanie Glance, and highlight Redbird players. On-demand Birdcast audio will be available after the press conferences as well.
