Welcome to MVC Tournament Central...the one-stop shop for members of The Redbird Club to get information on both the men's and women's 2010 State Farm MVC Basketball Tournaments. You will find information on seating charts, ticket information, team hotel information, and events surrounding both weekends of tournament play.
MEN'S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT
March 4-7, 2010 - Scottrade Center - St. Louis, MO
SEATING
Seating locations (sections) are determined by the Missouri Valley Conference in advance of the tournament. Each MVC team is permitted to sell tickets to their fans and patrons only for their designated seating location. A team may not sell their block of tickets to another MVC team. TICKETS
Ticket prices are determined by the Conference office. All Session tickets are available to TRC members and the general public for $125. Tickets in the Illinois State section will be made available to TRC members prior to being made to the general public, and will be allocated based on TRC's priority point system. If tickets remain in the Illinois State allocation after TRC requests have been filled, tickets will be made available to the general public. When Illinois State's allotment is filled, tickets will be sold in the 300 level of Scottrade Center. Please click here to purchase tickets from the Redbird Ticket Office.
Order limits:
MVC ticket orders that exceed an account's season ticket total will not be seated at the account's priority point level. Two options exist: 1) your season ticket total will be seated at the appropriate priority point level and any additional seats will be seated in a lower priority point location or, 2) your entire MVC order can be seated together at a lesser priority point location. Please indicate your preference on your order form so that orders can be processed quickly and with ease.
Example - John and Sue Redbird have 4 season tickets for men's basketball. They order 8 MVC tournament tickets. The order will be processed either, 1) 4 tickets will be seated at John and Sue's priority point total and the additional 4 tickets will be seated in a lower priority point locations or, 2) all 8 tickets will be seated together in a lower priority point location.
For the best seating location, please keep your MVC ticket requests no greater than your season ticket total or understand that the order may be split up into different locations.
Sitting with a friend: If an account requests to be allocated seats next to another account, the lower account's priority point total will be utilized to allocate seats for both accounts.
Student tickets: Tickets for MVC institutional students are $10 each and can be purchased at the Scottrade Center Box Office in St. Louis the day of the game with a student ID. Students may also purchase $10 vouchers on campus and redeem the vouchers at Scottrade Center for a ticket to their institution's game. Approximately 250 seats will be reserved for students in a section behind each basket opposite their school's team bench. Students purchasing game tickets or redeeming vouchers at Scottrade Center will receive a general admission ticket for a seat in the student section for their school's game. Once the student section is sold out of the 250 seats held for students for each game, students will be sold tickets for seats in 300 level sections at Scottrade. Students receiving GA tickets for their school's game will have seats in the student section behind the baskets for their school's game only.

PRE-PARTY, TEAM SEND-OFFS
A pre-party prior to Illinois State's first game of the MVC Tournament will be hosted by The Redbird Club. It will be hosted in a lower level banquet room at the Millennium Hotel; date and time TBD when tournament seedings and schedules are announced. Cost for the event is $20 for TRC members and $25 for non-members. It will include light appetizers and two drink vouchers. Additional drinks may be purchased at the event. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Redbird Ticket office at 309-438-8000.
In keeping with last year's successful team send-offs, ISU Athletics will host team send-offs one and a half (1.5) hours prior to each game for the Redbirds. Send-offs will be located in the main lobby of the Millennium. A cash bar will be available as well as merchandise vendors.
