Illinois State head basketball coach Tim Jankovich announced Friday that freshman guard Terry Johnson will be transferring from Illinois State University at the end of the semester.
"We would like to thank Terry for his contributions to the Redbird basketball program, and wish him nothing but the best of luck in his future endeavors," Jankovich said.
Johnson logged 140 minutes over 22 games this season, all as a substitute, while averaging two points and 0.8 rebounds per game. He shot 24.3 percent (9-for-37) from the field, including 8.3 percent (1-for-12) on threes.
