NORMAL, Ill. - Illinois State's game with Illinois, originally scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 30, at Duffy Bass Field has been moved to 4:30 p.m. on the same day, the Redbird baseball office announced Monday.
Tuesday's contest will mark the first of two meetings between the teams this season, with the return game in Champaign, Ill., coming April 20. The game against the Illini is "Pack the Stadium Night" presented by the Student Government Association. Illinois State students with "Pack the Stadium" coupons will receive free admission to the game, and the first 200 students through the gate will receive a free hot dog, chips and a drink.
