Illinois State's Tournament Opener Pushed Back to 1:30

WICHITA, Kan. - Morning showers in Wichita, Kan., have pushed back the start of the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Tournament at Eck Stadium by one hour, with (2)Illinois State and (7)Bradley now expected to play at 1:30 p.m.

The tournament's opening game between (6)Creighton and (3)Indiana State was originally scheduled for 9 a.m., but the first pitch was thrown at 10:10 a.m. The Redbirds and Braves were scheduled to start at 12:30 p.m. but will now start one hour later with Corey Maines (ISU) and Patrick Cooper (BU) starting for their respective teams.
