The Illinois State volleyball team will hold its annual Red/White Scrimmage Saturday at 3 p.m. in Redbird Arena as a part of the day-long festivities of Redbird Fan Fair.
The intersquad match will be the first chance Redbird fans will have to see the 2010 team in action. Head coach Melissa Myers enters her third season at ISU with 10 returning letterwinners and six newcomers.
The match will include three sets and the squad will be split into two teams. Admission to the scrimmage is free.
The Red/White Scrimmage precedes the sixth annual Redbird Fan Fair, which will be held between Redbird Arena and Horton Field House from 5-7 p.m. Redbird Fan Fair includes various games and allows Redbird fans to meet and get autographs from student-athletes and coaches from all 19 ISU varsity sports. The football team's scrimmage will follow at Hancock Field at 7 p.m.
