NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State Athletics Department will acknowledge two special groups Saturday night, Nov. 19, when the Redbird volleyball team hosts Missouri State on Senior Night and Fan Appreciation Night on Doug Collins Court in Redbird Arena. The match will begin at 7:35 p.m.
As part of Fan Appreciation Night, every fan in attendance will have the opportunity to win prizes from one of the many Redbird Athletics sponsors throughout the game. All patrons will receive a raffle ticket upon entering the arena, and winning numbers will be announced throughout the duration of the match.
Following the match, the three volleyball seniors will be recognized in a special ceremony on the court for their accomplishments. Following the ceremony, the volleyball team will host a gathering in the Legend's Room. All fans are welcome to attend this event, which will feature coach comments, senior speeches and team awards. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and drinks will also be available.
