NORMAL, Ill. -

Former Illinois State golfers Stacey Miller and Samantha Richdale are three rounds into the final qualifying stage for the LPGA Tour, taking place on both the Champions and Legends courses at LPGA International in Daytona Beach, Fla.

The tournament, which began on Wednesday, will continue through the weekend, with cuts being made to golfers outside of the top-70 positions on Saturday after 72-holes of play. Those making the cut will play the final 18-holes on Sunday on the Champions Course at LPGA International.

Richdale, a native of Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, last competed for the Redbirds in 2004-05. She was a three-time All-Missouri Valley Conference selection during her time at Illinois State, where she compiled ten individual titles. Donnely LPGA Founders Cup where she finished tied for 19th.

Miller, who last competed for Illinois State in 2009-10, was also a three-time State Farm MVC All-Conference selection. She finished with four individual tournament titles while at ISU and competed in two U.S. Women's Amateur Championships in 2008, and then again in 2010. Miller joined the LPGA Futures Tour in 2011 and competed in 11 events with her top finish being a tie for 35th place at The International at Concord in Concord, N.H.
