NORMAL, Ill. – This week’s schedule for Redbird All-Access and Birdcast, Illinois State Athletics' internet multimedia platforms, will feature exclusive coverage of Redbird basketball and softball.

Redbird multimedia coverage for the week begins Monday, with theRedbird Rewind Birdcast, a recap of the previous week in Redbird Athletics and previews for the week to come.

Wednesday evening, Illinois State men's basketball returns to its home court after a two-game road trip. The 'Birds hope to continue its two-game winning streak at Redbird Arena as the men face-off against Indiana State. Live game coverage begins promptly at 7:05 p.m. CT. Shortly following the game, the post-game press conference will take place including remarks from the opposing team, head coach Tim Jankovich and two Redbird players. On-demand Birdcast game highlights will be posted for on-demand listening, shortly following the game.

In addition to Wednesday evening's men's basketball game, Birdcast will sit down with head softball coach Melinda Fisher, for the first ever Melinda Fisher Show. This week's podcast show will cover discussion about the 'Birds first tournament of the spring 2011 season, along with an interview with senior second baseman Kara Nelson. The show will be made available for on-demand listening Wednesday afternoon.

Continuing the Redbird basketball filled week, ISU's women's hoops takes on the Wichita State Shockers Thursday night at Redbird Arena. Tip-off is slated for 7:05 p.m. on Doug Collins Court. Directly following the game, the post-game press conference will take place including comments from the opposing team, head coach Stephanie Glance and two Redbird players.

Friday afternoon, Redbird softball opens it spring season in Athens, Georgia at the fourth annual Red & Black Showcase. Live game audio can be found on GoRedbirds.com along with post-game on-demand interviews with Coach Fisher after each game. The Redbirds match up against East Carolina first at 12 p.m. CT, followed by second game against Georgia at 4 p.m. CT.

Redbird basketball hosts a double-header against the same teams in Redbird Arena Saturday. First up, women's hoops against Missouri State at 2:05 p.m. CT. After a few hours break, Redbird men's basketball competes against Missouri State on Doug Collins Court at 7:05 p.m. CT. Both games will be followed by a post-game press conference including comments from both head coaches and stand-out Redbird players.

Elsewhere, Redbird Birdcast will feature two on-demand post-game interviews with coach Fisher after ISU finished its second day of double headers in Georgia. Game one against Lipscomb is slated for 2 p.m. CT, followed by the second game of the day verses Maryland at 4 p.m. CT.
