Broadcast Schedule in PDF Format
NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State Athletics Department and the WJBC Country Financial Redbird Radio Network announced the Redbird baseball and softball radio and Internet broadcast schedule Monday.
The upcoming season marks the beginning of a partnership with the Miller Media Group to air 20 baseball games and 16 softball games live on the radio. Thirty-one of the games will be broadcast on WEZC 95.9 FM, while five games will air on WHOW 1520 AM / 92.3 FM. Both stations can be heard throughout Central Illinois.
Live play-by-play of the entire Redbird baseball and softball schedule will also be broadcast on GoRedbirds.com and via cellular or landline phone by calling (309) 319-9426, a service provided by AudioNow. Live video streaming of all home baseball and softball games can also be viewed via Redbird All-Access, ISU's premium content site.
The first opportunity to hear Illinois State baseball live on WEZC 95.9 will be Saturday, Feb. 19 when the Redbirds play Belmont for a double-header beginning at 11 a.m. The first Redbird softball broadcast will air on WHOW 1520 AM / 92.3 FM, when ISU takes on Idaho State at the Littlewood Classic in Tempe, Ariz., Feb. 20.
