Wednesday's Baseball Game at Illinois Moved Up to 3:05 p.m.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - Illinois State's mid-week baseball game at Illinois will begin at 3:05 p.m., Wednesday, instead of the originally scheduled 6:05 p.m. start.

Wednesday's game is the first of two that the Redbirds (15-6) will play against the Fighting Illini (7-10), with an April 19 rematch scheduled at Duffy Bass Field in Normal, Ill. ISU is 2-0 against Big Ten Conference opponents this season, after beating Ohio State and Purdue.

Illinois State is coming off a 6-2 home-win over Oakland, Fri. Mar. 25, which was the only game the Redbirds played last weekend before the final two games of the series were cancelled because of cold weather.
