The renewal process for Weisbecker Scholarship Fund memberships is in full swing, but one lucky member has won a great prize for renewing by the April 1 deadline.
Christine Leese of Bloomington renewed her WSF membership for the upcoming 2011-12 school year prior to contest deadline and won two tickets to a Blackhawks game (or other pro sporting event in Chicago) and one night hotel stay in the city.
"We are excited to announce that Christine Leese is the winner of our 2011 Weisbecker Scholarship Fund early renewal drawing," ISU Associate Athletics Director for Development Doug Banks said. "There was a tremendous response from our loyal supporters who renewed before the April 1 deadline. A special thank you to Christine for her participation and support of our student-athletes through the Weisbecker Scholarship Fund and to all of our other members who have renewed their memberships."
