The Day Camp, which is for girls entering first through eighth grade, will be held Friday, June 24, through Saturday, June 25, in Redbird Arena. The Day Camp is designed with the intent of helping campers develop a love for the game of basketball. Campers will receive personal instruction from current ISU coaches and players. They will learn skills and techniques they can practice all year. The cost of the camp is $105, which includes lunch and a t-shirt. Camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.
The Elite Camp is scheduled for Thursday, June 16, in Redbird Arena for girls entering eighth through 12th grade, who are seriously committed to basketball. The Elite Camp will provide a high intensity setting with personalized instruction, while keeping an emphasis on enhancing campers' individual skill level based on their position. Campers are introduced to college-level routines and practices, while competing against experienced, quality players. This camp uses a combination of individual and team-based instruction, and exposes players to what it takes to compete at the next level. The cost of the day camp is $90, which includes lunch and a t-shirt. Camp will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.
The Team Camp will be held Monday, June 13, through Tuesday, June 14, and is open to varsity, junior varsity, junior high and AAU teams. Each team is guaranteed six games or three games each day. The $400 cost is for a team of 15 players. $360 will be charged for each additional team. The cost covers a t-shirt for each player and two coaches. The registration deadline is Monday, June 6.
Once an application is received, each camper will be sent a packet of information with directions, check-in instructions and health information.
