NORMAL, Ill. - Reggie’s Kids Club members are encouraged to come out to the Illinois State softball and baseball games on Saturday, April 7, at noon to enjoy fun activities as part of Reggie’s Kids Club Day. Admission to all events is free for the entire family. The full event schedule is below.
12:00: Softball vs. Evansville (Game 1)
Come out and watch ISU softball take on conference foe Evansville before Reggie’s Kids Club Day events begin.
12:30 - 1:00: Reggie’s Egg Hunt
Take part in the Reggie Egg Hunt with the men’s and women’s basketball teams at the Redbird soccer Adelaide Street Field, located in between Marian Kneer Softball Stadium and Duffy Bass Field. Twenty-five lucky kids will win a free Reggie’s Kids Club T-shirt and one grand prize winner will take home a special prize! Adult supervision is required for child participation and children must bring their own basket to store eggs in.
1:00 - 2:00: Reggie’s Fun Zone
The first 150 kids to check in at the Reggie’s Fun Zone registration table, located at Adelaide Street Field, will receive a voucher for one free slice of Papa John’s pizza and a cookie from Denny’s Doughnuts. Other activities available in the Fun Zone include face painting, balloon animals and inflatables.
2:00: Baseball vs. Wichita State/Softball vs. Evansville (Game 2)
During each game, Reggie Redbird will hold scavenger hunts where participating kids will have the chance to win prizes.
Be sure to register for Reggie’s Kids Club prior to the start of the day. Beginning this season, the Reggie's Kids Club is free for children aged 12 and under. Each member receives Reggie's monthly eNewsletter and mobile updates about all the kids club events, a birthday card from Reggie and give-a-ways and invitations to exclusive Reggie's Kids Club events.
