NORMAL, Ill. - This week’s schedule for Redbird All-Access and Birdcast, Illinois State Athletics' internet multimedia platforms, will feature exclusive coverage of Redbird men's and women's basketball and baseball.
Redbird All-Access kicks off with ISU baseball as they continue play in the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational. Fans can listen to Coach Kingston’s post-game interviews after each game.
Illinois State men's basketball has earned a spot in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT) and will open the first round at Ole Miss Wednesday night, for an 8:30 p.m. tip-off. Illinois State fans can watch game coverage on ESPNU. The post-game interview with head coach Tim Jankovich and play-by-play highlights will be available after the game.
Redbird women's basketball will host Central Michigan in the first round of the Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT) Thursday night, at 7:05 p.m. ,in Redbird Arena. Live game coverage will be on Redbird All-Access for free to all viewers. The post-game press conference with head coach Stephanie Glance and standout players, as well as opposing team, will be available shortly after the game. In addition, play-by-play highlights will be available also for on-demand listening on Redbird Birdcast.
Thursday's Birdcast will also include an episode of the The Mark Kingston Show and The Melinda Fischer Show, as they preview upcoming weekend series. Both shows will be available for on-demand listening Thursday afternoon.
