CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -
The Illinois State softball team's game at Northern Iowa has been cancelled due to inclement weather in the Cedar Falls, Iowa, area. The Redbirds finish the regular season 33-21 overall and 18-8 in the Missouri Valley Conference.
ISU's next game is scheduled for Friday, May 11, at 2:30 p.m. at the State Farm MVC Softball Championships in Carbondale, Ill. Illinois State will be the No. 2 seed for the Valley Championships and its opponent will be determined by the results of Thursday's contests.
