NORMAL, Ill. -
Laura Provost, the Associate Director of the Weibring Golf Club, announced the hiring of Stacey Miller as the assistant professional. The former Illinois State women's golfer returns to campus, after competing in the LPGA Future's Tour with a full status.
Miller is thrilled to have the chance to return to Illinois State.
"I am extremely excited for the opportunity to work at Weibring Golf Club," Miller said. "I look forward to working with Laura Provost, the staff, and daily golfers from our community. I am proud to be a graduate of Illinois State and am honored to come back and work for the University."
Miller, who graduated from Illinois State in 2011 with a business management and organizational leadership degree, is level one in the Professional Golf Association PGM Program and is working towards her PGA certification.
