Redbird women's basketball head coach Barb Smith, along with senior guard Katy Winge, will answer questions from the media beginning at 1 p.m. ISU men's basketball head coach Dan Muller, followed by senior guard Bobby Hunter, will then take the podium at 1:15 p.m.
The Illinois State men's basketball team tips off the 2014-15 regular season this Sunday, Nov. 16 at 4 p.m. on Doug Collins Court at Redbird Arena versus Utah State. The Redbirds won their lone exhibition game of the year Monday night, beating Lewis, 76-67. Hunter came off the bench to earn nine points with four rebounds.
The Illinois State women's basketball team begins its 2014-15 season at Northern Illinois this Friday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. The Redbird women also won their only exhibition game, with a 77-68 double-overtime victory over Maryville, Nov. 5. Winge netted 14 points with four rebounds in the winning effort.
