NORMAL, Ill. - Due to unplayable field conditions at Duffy Bass Field caused by severe winter weather, Illinois State’s upcoming weekend series versus Western Illinois has been moved to the Corn Crib in Normal.
The Redbirds will host Western Illinois at 4:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, and play a doubleheader versus the Leathernecks Saturday, March 15, with game one beginning at 2:00 p.m. Both games of the doubleheader will be nine innings. No games are scheduled for Sunday. Parking and admission will remain free at the Corn Crib, which is located at 1000 W. Raab Road in Normal.
