Fall Camp Report 9: Final Tune Up Before Scrimmage

NORMAL, Ill. - The Illinois State football team had one final workout Friday, before the Redbirds host their annual scrimmage as part of Redbird Fan Fair Saturday at Hancock Stadium.

It's been a busy week for the 'Birds, who started with Media Day on Monday and then had five workouts over the next three days.  Friday's workout was reminiscent of the first one of camp for the Redbirds, who took to the grass practice field in helmets and jerseys for a no-contact practice.
