NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State Athletics is excited to announce a new Weisbecker Scholarship Fund promotion in conjunction with Alexander's Steakhouse. Alexander's, a longtime supporter and corporate partner of Illinois State Athletics, has launched the new Redbird Ribeye.
Redbird fans and alums now have a unique opportunity to enjoy the Redbird Ribeye at Alexander's Steakhouse in Normal. A portion of sales from each Redbird Ribeye purchased will be donated to the Weisbecker Scholarship Fund, directly supporting Illinois State student-athletes. The Redbird Ribeye dinner includes a Redbird-branded bone-in ribeye, choice of baked potato or steak fries, Redbird-branded Texas toast, and the "best salad bar in town."
