NORMAL, Ill. – Following Redbird Athletics Community Appreciation Week last year, results of a survey were analyzed and Redbird Athletics will make purchasing single-game home tickets online extremely easy with the elimination of fees at checkout.
Bucking a national trend, when fans purchase single-game home event tickets online they will not be charged any hidden fees when you checkout and the price the price the customers sees in the checkout cart is the price they will pay. Tickets will now cost the same, no matter how they are purchased, whether in person at the ticket office window, by phone or onlineÂ
There will also be no additional charges for how the customer chooses to have their tickets delivered. Â Fans can choose the Print-at-Home or mobile delivery option, pick up tickets at will call or receive them via mail and pay the same price listed on the ticket.
The new policy does not apply to combo items such as season tickets, mini plans or item packages. Â It also does not apply to away/special game tickets (Iowa game, NCAA Tournament, FCS Championship).
