NORMAL, Ill – The Illinois State men's tennis team has been invited to compete in the ITA All-Americans, which will be held October 1-10 at Tulsa at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center. Last year, Dylan Steffens and Andreas Boers were victorious on their second day of singles play at the championships.
 Every school in the country will be competing at the ITA All-American Championships. In order to enter the qualifying draw, players will have to win three matches in the pre-qualifying draw. Once in the qualifying draw, players will need to achieve three more wins to enter the main draw of 64 teams.
 "This weekend should be a big test for our guys as they get to play some of the biggest programs in the country," head coach Mark Klysner said. "It's a great way to see where we stand with the big boys and what we need to work on to get to the next level. It's always a fun tournament."

 The Redbirds concluded their first tournament of the fall season last weekend, where Christoffer Greve remained undefeated in singles match play (3-0) and is currently part of one of the two pairs leading the team in doubles victories with Matias Chomali (1-0). Steffens and Peter Foersom also lead the team in doubles victories (1-0).
