Green kept the Redbirds on pace as she opened the third quarter with a three-pointer. Green went 2-for-2 at the arc and shot 50 percent from the field adding 16 points for the Redbirds. The Cougars would trail by as little as six points in the third quarter, but the Redbirds heightened the gap to lead 43-32 as they entered the fourth.
