EVANSVILLE, Ind. – Due to heavy rain, the final game of Illinois State's three game series at Evansville has been cancelled.
With inclement weather across the Valley this weekend, Illinois State maintains its three-game lead in the MVC standings with a 20-3 record – the Redbirds' best conference mark since 2011.
The Redbirds will wrap up the regular season next weekend at Marian Kneer Stadium versus UNI on Saturday at noon (DH) and Sunday at 11 a.m.
