NORMAL, Ill. – The official student section of Illinois State Athletics, Red Alert, has rolled out new membership options and incentives for the upcoming 2019-20 school year.
Red Alert aims to increase pride, tradition, excitement, and energy at all Illinois State Athletic events and is recognized as one of the most loyal and passionate groups in the Missouri Valley Conference.
All Illinois State students are eligible to join by choosing a one-year or now a four-year membership. The one-year membership ($50) includes a full year of admission to all regular season home football and men's basketball events. The new four-year membership ($100) will include four years of admission to all regular season home football and men's basketball events. Both options include the exclusive Red Alert T-shirt for free. In addition to free admission, all Red Alert members are allowed to enter football and men's basketball events 15 minutes prior to doors opening to the public.
"The new four year membership is a tremendous opportunity for students," ISU Director of Marketing & Fan Experience Josh Remington said. "It opens the door for increased athletics involvement over a student's entire academic career at ISU, without the hurdle of paying for the pass year by year. With these membership options and additional incentives, now is a great time to become a Red Alert member."
In addition to giveaways to all students, Red Alert members will have the opportunity to claim exclusive member-only items and student reward levels in the ISU Athletics mobile app will remain available to all students throughout the 2019-20 school year.
