Another Edition Of The Brock Spack Show Airs Live Thursday from Schooners

NORMAL, Ill. – The No. 10 ranked Illinois State football team returns home Saturday to host Northern Arizona at Hancock Stadium. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview the matchup against the Lumberjacks Thursday at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Bud Light, live from Schooners in Bloomington beginning at 6 p.m.

The Redbirds (2-1) won their third straight game and fifth in the last six tries over Eastern Illinois last Saturday, as the 'Birds racked up over 250 yards on the ground to come away with a 21-3 victory over the Panthers in the 108th meeting of the Mid-America Classic. The Lumberjacks come to Normal on a return trip from a 2017 contest in Flagstaff, Arizona, which they won 37-16 over the Redbirds. NAU (2-1) is coming off a 55-21 win last weekend over Western New Mexico and continues a stretch of three road games in four contests.

Coach Spack will talk with co-hosts Dick Luedke and Ted Schmitz and welcome senior placekicker Sam Fenlason to the show as this week's player guest. The San Diego, California, native is in his second season as the Redbirds' kicker and is 1-for-1 on the season in field goal attempts, a 32-yard make in the rain in the season opener at Northern Illinois.

Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com.
