PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – A Friday evening meet inside of the Pennsylvania Convention Center was spirited, as the Illinois State gymnastics team finished second in the Unite for Her Pink Invitational against Temple, West Chester, Southern Connecticut and Ursinus.

- West Chester: 192.000
- Southern Connecticut: 190.250

Thoughts from Coach Bob Conkling:
"We did not do great this weekend. We did really well on bars but did not perform as well as we needed to in the other three events. We need to step it up and do better. Temple deserved to beat us even though we beat them last weekend. We had good all-around performances, but as a team we need to be able to perform better in all four events."
