NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State gymnastics head coach Cassandra Ringer has announced the signing of three gymnasts to her program, with the additions of Courtney Woods (Ozark, Missouri), Kamryn Banach (Channahon, Illinois) and Mia Foy (Sun Prairie, Wisconsin) to the 2025-26 roster.
Courtney Woods / Ozark, Missouri / Glendale High School / Missouri Valley Gymnastics / Missouri
•   Transfers to ISU after spending the past three seasons on the gymnastics squad at Missouri Â
•   2021 Missouri state floor and beam championÂ
•   Co-Champion on beam at the 2022 regionals and DP National qualifier
•   2019 Missouri state floor champion

•   Helped lead team to a second-place finish at state
•   Was also a regional qualifier as a freshman, sophomore and junior

•   Helped team to a second-place finish in at state in 2024 and to a first-place finish in 2023
