Scoring Breakdown:
- An RBI single up the middle by Tyson Hays got the scoring started for the Redbirds in the second inning.
- Florida State tied things at 1-1 on a solo home run by Reese Albert in the bottom half of the second.
- The Seminoles scored three runs on four hits in the fourth inning to take a 4-1 lead.
- A double by Ryan Cermak scored Jake McCaw in the fifth inning to trim the FSU lead to 4-2.
- Aidan Huggins scored on a passed ball in the sixth inning to make it 4-3.
- Huggins singled through the right side in the seventh, scoring Tanner Peterson to tie the game at 4-4.
- FSU scored three go-ahead runs in the seventh on three hits.
