NORMAL, Ill. – The Illinois State football team took care of business on the road last weekend holding on for a big victory over No. 15 ranked South Dakota. ISU head coach Brock Spack will break down that win over the Coyotes and preview this week's game at Western Illinois at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Bud Light, live from Schooners in Bloomington beginning at 6 p.m. on Thursday.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice Dick Luedke and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about how his team finished out the win over the Coyotes and what to expect out of the Leathernecks this weekend as well. This week they will be joined by running back Cole Mueller, who was named the Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Player of the Week and Newcomer of the Week after rushing for 178 yards and a touchdown in the win over South Dakota. Â
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
