NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State soccer has announced the addition of Cincinnati transfer and goalkeeper Audrey Brown to its 2022 signing class. Brown will have four seasons of eligibility remaining after redshirting in 2021.
Brown joins Sammi Cenek (Peoria, Ill. / Dunlap HS), Chaley French (Omaha, Neb. / Gretna HS), Hillary Griffin (Houston, Texas / Manvel HS), Kelsi McLaughlin (Greenfield, Ind. / Greenfield Central HS), Kate Nonn (Germantown, Wis. / Divine Savior Holy Angels HS), and Jade Rehberger (Fort Thomas, Ky. / Highlands HS), and Reece Zinkann (Scottsdale, Ariz. / Chaparral HS) in the team's incoming student-athletes. - Earned second Goalkeeper Year Award after helping Lower Merion HS to 12-0 record as a senior
- Team won Central Athletic League title for second time in school history as Brown earned First-Team All-Central League and First-Team All-Main Line honors for the second-consecutive season
- Ran 300-meter hurdles in high school track, earning Most Spirited Award from Lower Merion HS
- Plans to study business/marketing
