NORMAL, Ill. – Coming off a big road win at Northern Iowa, the Illinois State football team returns to Hancock Stadium this Saturday for Homecoming to host South Dakota. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview the matchup with the Coyotes on Thursday at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Bud Light, live from Schooners in Bloomington beginning at 6 p.m.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice John Fitzgerald and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about his team's performance in the road victory at UNI and preview the Homecoming contest against South Dakota. This week, they will be joined by defensive back Deandre Lamont as the player guest and ISU Hall of Fame broadcaster Dick Luedke as the week's special guest. Luedke will chat about how retirement is going so far and preview Saturday morning's annual ISU Athletics Percy Family Hall of Fame induction where he serves as emcee.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
