NORMAL, Ill. – With just four games remaining in the regular season, the Illinois State football team has its sights squarely on competing for a league title and a potential playoff berth. That journey continues this weekend, when the Redbirds head to Fargo, North Dakota, to take on the No. 4 ranked North Dakota State. ISU head coach Brock Spack will preview the upcoming matchup with the Bison on Thursday at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Bud Light, live from Schooners in Bloomington beginning at 6 p.m.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice John Fitzgerald and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about his team's performance in a gusty win at Indiana State and break down his team's preparations for NDSU. This week, they will be joined by player guest Tanner Taula and special guest Allie Matters, first-year Redbird volleyball head coach.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
