NORMAL, Ill. - Freshman Hannah Reichensperger set a career-high with 10 kills on a .381 hitting percentage on Friday at Redbird Arena in the Illinois State volleyball team's 3-0 loss against Missouri State.
Freshmen had 37 of the team's 48 kills, led by freshman Aida Shadewald's 13 kills.
Senior Kaity Weimerskirch had 24 digs for a blistering rate of eight digs per set, including 12 digs in the second set.
Illinois State drops to 10-13 overall and 3-9 in the MVC while Missouri State improves to 7-16 overall and 5-7 in the MVC.
