Redbird Athletics Ticket Operations To Move To Hancock Stadium

NORMAL, Ill. – Effective Tuesday, March 8, the Redbird Athletics Ticket Office will move daily operations from Redbird Arena to Hancock Stadium for daily hours from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Starting in August, hours at the Hancock Stadium Ticket Office will change to 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The move comes with the customer in mind with a very visible and accessible location directly off Main Street. Parking will be made available in reserved spots in lot G73 directly in front of the Hancock Stadium ticket office. 

On event days at Redbird Arena moving forward, the ticket window at the north entrance to Redbird Arena will be open prior to each event no later than three hours prior to tipoff.

As the move happens, it will be impossible to guarantee that phone access will be available immediately Tuesday and possibly into Wednesday, so questions or concerns should be emailed to tickets@ilstu.edu if phone lines are not up and running. We ask for some understanding that a response may not be immediate during the transition, but ticket office representatives will do the best they can.
