MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Illinois State volleyball's five-match winning streak was snapped in a three-set defeat at Memphis (7-3 overall) on Saturday at the Larry O. Finch Center.
The Redbirds (6-3 overall), which came into the match with an 11-set win streak, never got going as the 'Birds hit a season-low .009.
Senior Kaity Weimerskirch recorded 15 digs and now has 10+ digs in all nine matches to start the 2022 campaign.
