Redbirds Wrap up CSCAA NIC

ELKHART, Ind. - Illinois State Swim and Dive put a cap on 2023 championship season with the final day of the College Swimming Coaches Association of America National Invitational Championship at Beacon Health Aquatic Center.

Illinois State did not have an athlete secure a finals spot Saturday, however the Redbirds closed the meet with another strong relay performance. In the final relay of the week, Madyson Morse, Olivia Gonder, Mia Snow and Delaney Boulden teamed up for mark of 3:21.21 that finished 17th in the 400-yard medley relay.

The Redbirds finished the meet with two medals by way of Morse. She earned silver in the 50-yard breaststroke Thursday before earning CSCAA Gold in the 100-yard Breaststroke Friday evening.
