St. Louis, Mo. – Graduate Student Claire Fuhlhage Wins Runner of the Week for the second consecutive week.
Last Friday the Illinois State cross country team hosted their annual Redbird Invite, where Fuhlhage and the Redbirds finished first among twelve teams across the Midwest. Fuhlhage took second in the 6,000-meter race with a time of 21:41.8 and a personal best. This second-place finish is coming off a victory two weeks ago at the University of Iowa. This marks Fuhlhages second Runner of the Week honors.
The Redbird are back in action Friday, September 29th at the Loyola Lakefront in Chicago, Ill at 9:00 AM CT.
