PEORIA, Ill. – Fresh off a weekend sweep in MVC play, Illinois State volleyball will travel to take on I-74 foe Bradley in a Monday night meeting in Peoria.
The match starts at 7 p.m. CT and will be broadcast live on ESPN+.

SHADEWALD SHINING
Junior Aida Shadewald leads the Redbirds with 10 double-double performances in 2024.
The junior outside hitter has tallied a team-best 271 kills and leads the Valley with 33 service aces this season.
AUPIU, AUPIU, AUPIU
Illinois State senior setter Mekaila Aupiu has fit right in since joining the Redbirds prior to the 2024 season.
Aupiu is among the best in Division I for total assists, as she has recorded 750 assists for the Birds on the year.
NO LONGER A "GUEST" THE VALLEY
Illinois State freshman Khenedi Guest had herself a weekend versus Indiana State and Evansville on October 11 and 12 inside CEFCU Arena.
The reigning MVC Freshman of the Week began the weekend with a career-high 15 kill performance versus the Sycamores to help ISU win its fourth straight match in 2024 MVC play.
Then, on Saturday, Guest followed it up with 10 kills on 12 swings for a clip of .750, the fourth-best hitting percentage in CEFCU Arena history.
REDBIRDS ON A STREAK
Illinois State extended their winning streak to five-straight matches, including winning 13 of their last 15 sets in MVC play.
MILESTONE WATCH 👀
Junior Aida Shadewald is on track to join the Redbird volleyball top-25 in kills as she is at 958 entering 10/13/24. With six more kills, Shadewald will join the top-25 with 964 career kills as a Redbird.
Shadewald is continuing to move up the ranks for career attack attempts as the junior has recorded 2,721 total attack attempts which is tied for 22nd all-time for ISU.
Finally, Shadewald is on the brink of joining the program's top-20 in service aces as she is at 101 aces entering 10/13/24. To reach the program's top-20, Shadewald needs only seven more aces. Â
