Illinois State is set to take on an Ivy League opponent for just the fifth time in program history and the first time against the Crimson. The Redbirds haven't taken on an Ivy League foe since a 2016 matchup with Yale.

BALANCED EFFORT
Illinois State finished with four double-figures in the win over Le Moyne on Sunday, which marked the third-straight game to open the season that the Redbirds have finished with 4+ double-figure scorers in a single game. That includes a mark of five double-figure scorers Tuesday at Saint Louis.
Over the last two seasons, Illinois State has finished with 4+ double-figure scorers in 16 games, and 5+ double-figure scorers in seven games. The Redbirds are 15-3 when putting four-plus players in double-figures since the start of the 2023-24 campaign.
NO PLACE LIKE HOME
Illinois State won its home opener for the third consecutive season as the Redbirds secured a 71-55 win over Le Moyne. The Redbirds are on the heels of one of the best single-season performances at home in program history.
Illinois State posted a 14-2 mark at CEFCU Arena last year, tied for the second-most wins at home in a single season in program history. It was also the most home victories by Illinois State in the Kristen Gillespie era. Over the last two seasons, Illinois State is 26-5 inside CEFCU Arena.
