NORMAL, Ill. – The No. 18 ranked Illinois State football team will head to South Dakota this weekend, as the Redbirds (4-3, 1-2 MVFC) will take on No. 21 ranked South Dakota (5-3, 3-1 MVFC) in a crucial conference matchup for both squads. ISU head Coach Brock Spack will preview this week's game against the Coyotes at Schooners on Thursday at 6 p.m. at The Brock Spack Show, presented by Redbird Ale from DESTIHL.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice John Fitzgerald and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about his team's performance in the Homecoming loss to Youngstown State and preview this weekend's road contest in Vermillion, S.D. They will be joined by junior defensive lineman Jake Anderson as this week's player guest and Director of Athletic Performance Matt Nicholson as this week's special guest.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network.
