NORMAL, Ill. – Illinois State lost the series finale at Duffy Bass Field on Sunday afternoon to Missouri State, 4-3. The Redbirds scored three runs on seven hits in the contest.
The loss drops the Redbirds to 22-23, 11-10 MVC.
