NORMAL, Ill. – A two-game home stand comes to a close this weekend for the No. 9 ranked Illinois State Football team, as the Redbirds host Murray State to end the month of October. ISU head coach Brock Spack will be out on the patio at Schooners on Thursday night at 6 p.m. to talk about the Halloween on The Brock Spack Show, presented by Robert Redding Menswear.
Coach Spack will chat with Redbird football play-by-play voice John Fitzgerald and longtime color analyst Ted Schmitz about last week's 17-10 win over Indiana State and preview the Homecoming matchup with the Racers, who are still looking for their first win in Valley play. This week, they will be joined by linebacker Solomon Oduma and assistant coach Kye Stewart as special guests.
Schooners is located at 810 East Grove Street in Bloomington and sits just off the corner of Grove Street and Clinton Boulevard. For those who can't make it out to Schooners to watch the show live, it will be broadcast on WJBC 1230 AM in the Twin Cities and streamed live on GoRedbirds.com and The Varsity Network. Portions of the show will also be broadcast live on the Illinois State Athletics Facebook page.
