KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced its 2025-26 Division I All-District Teams, and Redbird junior Chase Walker earning Second Team All-Great Lakes honors. All-District honors are voted on by NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.
In 28 games on the season, Walker – who was also named First Team All-MVC – leads the team in points (13.5) and rebounds (5.3) per game, while also giving out 60 assists, nabbing 15 steals, and blocking 15 shots. He is one of 27 players in NCAA Division I this season that are 6-9 or taller with at least 60 assists and a scoring average of 13.5 or better.
The Redbirds have secured a seeded spot into the 2026 National Invitational Tournament (NIT), and will host the Kent State Golden Flashes on Wednesday, March 18 inside CEFCU Arena in a 7 p.m. tip-off.
