2021 FALL (Jr.): Paced the Redbird men in his lone race of the season, finishing 37th overall in the five-mile race at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational (10/1) in a time of 25:31.3.

2021 SPRING (So.): Earned All-Valley Honorable Mention honors, clocking in at 25:41.8 to place 14th overall at the MVC Cross Country Championships and help the 'Birds win their first MVC team title since 2002.

2019 (Fr.): Ran in five races as a true freshman...Clocked in at 33:43.2 at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15), completing the first 10K circuit of his collegiate career...Finished fourth for the 'Birds and 37th overall at the MVC Championships (11/2), clocking in at 26:29.76...Crossed the finish line third for the 'Birds, recording a time of 25:52.2 in the red race 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic (10/18) to place 81st overall...Opened the season posting two top-20 finishes for the Redbirds...Was the second ISU finisher at the Illinois State Invite (9/13), clocking in at 25:20.5 to finish 18th overall in the 8K...Made his debut as a Redbird at the Hawkeye Invitational (9/6) where he was the second Redbird to cross the finish line and finished 18th overall with a time of 18:51.8 in the 6K.
